Recently DC unveiled a new site called http://www.dcanswers.com/
The DCAnswers site features several FAQ's and lists of links. For the first time, there's also a section where you can submit questions directly to DC via E-mail. Will they respond? Perhaps, but since there are no response guidelines posted on the site, who knows? If any of you have used the site please drop me a note with your experiences.
